TheDesign Package
The Design Package is our masterwork and it's meant to give you total insight into every design decision as your project develops. Your package will be completely custom-tailored to your property, budget, vision, and lifestyle. This document helps streamline the bidding process and lives on-site during installation to serve as an instruction manual for all hands on your project. From the get-go, we're insistent on taking every possible action to minimize delays or surprise costs so that you can feel confident your home will turn out exactly as you envisioned -- or better!

At your Design Kick-Off meeting, we aim to get inside your head in order to hit the bullseye with your custom designs. We’re careful to confirm all measurements, engineering needs, and potential costs before diving into design development.

Design & Draw
We present comprehensive room-by-room concepts alongside specified drawings, material samples, and costs to help you make the best decisions for your home. You approve the full scope of work and all design items. Every detail helps to ensure that your vision will be installed exactly as planned.

Purchase
As construction/installation begins, we initiate the production of custom pieces and oversee purchasing logistics for all design items. We always share our trade discounts with you so you never pay above retail.

Manage & Install
