Laurel: Beverly Grove Spanish Bungalow

Introducing one of our favorite Spanish charmers. Our client purchased this fixer-upper and trusted us to turn it around and bring it back to its original glory - and then some! We designed a new floor plan and revived every inch of the interiors and exteriors including the addition of a pool! Take note of the copper overhang just off the breakfast nook window, and the custom archways that decorate the great room. We played with modern Spanish materials and tiles around the fireplace and in the bathrooms including the gorgeous powder room with a cement tile backsplash that goes all the way up to the ceiling. Natural wood features bring warmth throughout the home while splashes of color, like the teal blue front door, keep things fresh and modern. The remodel for this home was an instant equity builder and we hope the new homeowners love the creative and unique touches we put so much thought and care into.
