Heather Lee: The Chatsworth Farmhouse
This project is the real deal luxe farmhouse, complete with a horse stable and double islands in the kitchen. We updated the entire façade to reflect a modern and elegant farmhouse, including driveway reconstruction. All new doors and windows, floor plan, moulding, and ceiling detail throughout. New stairway with rustic stone elements to bring the outdoors inside. Plenty of storage in custom built-ins, plus a built-in window bench. A truly masculine study with gold and antique finishes. Statement-making dining room, just past the butler’s pantry and next to a fully functional dream copper kitchen. Our clients really wanted their personalities to shine through in every room, from the lighting fixtures to the unique and stylish tile selections. The mudroom & laundry is even complete with a doggy shower and fun horse-shaped hooks. To top it off, we designed a wine cellar getaway for tasting, entertaining, or just a quiet retreat! This home was a true labor of love and our clients couldn’t be happier to finally move in and spend the rest of their lives in this glamourous, yet outdoorsy farm home. We are currently furnishing this home and can't wait to show you the next stage when it's complete.
