Our Story
Founded in 2014 by Bre Hance, formally named InHance Interiors, began as a one-woman operation with the purpose of providing professional design services solely for her husband Brandon’s residential investment firm. With the experience gained from that exclusive relationship and the success achieved in such a high-volume environment, InHance Interiors quickly grew to service a broader base of clientele such as homeowners, architects, and other investors. After completing over 200 remodel and new-construction projects together, in 2020 Bre and Brandon decided to blend the best design and construction teams under one roof to deliver a true design + build experience to clients in and around Los Angeles. The result equates to a fun and seamless in-house process for creating your dream home from concept to completion.
After years of operating as a full design + build firm, InHance made the intentional decision in 2026 to focus exclusively on interior design, the area where our passion, creativity, and expertise shine most. While our focus evolved, the experience gained through managing both design and construction continues to shape the way we approach every project today.
With a deep understanding of the construction and renovation process, we collaborate seamlessly with architects, contractors, and trades to ensure every detail is executed with clarity and cohesion. Whether working alongside your preferred builder or helping assemble the right team for your project, we bring the organization, communication, and process-driven structure of a design-build firm while remaining fully dedicated to exceptional interior design.
From full-home renovations to furnishing and styling projects, our goal is to create timeless, elevated spaces that feel personal, functional, and effortlessly livable. Even if you don’t live in the Los Angeles area, you can still take advantage of our interior design and home furnishing services from wherever you call home.

more aboutBre
My passion for design started at an early age while growing up in Tempe, Arizona, spending time on job sites and in model homes with my dad, a residential paint and drywall contractor, and my mom, a project manager for a custom home builder. While I didn’t realize it at the time, I was immersed in a culture that valued people, client experience, and beautifully executed homes — something that truly embodies the essence of who I am today: being “dialed in.”
As a former Division I college athlete, I run my business the same way I approached competition and teamwork. We practice and plan, rise to any occasion, learn from our mistakes, and deliver thoughtful, well-executed results. I sincerely believe that hard work, efficient planning, excellent communication, and genuinely enjoying the process are fundamental to success. I also deeply value building trust and long-lasting relationships by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
My path here hasn’t been a conventional one. I don’t have formal design degrees or technical proficiencies in the typical design programs, nor did I always envision interior design as my career. But I trusted my instincts, leaned into my natural strengths, and found my lane. More than eight years ago, my husband asked me to lead the design department for his real estate investment company after I had been designing his single-family flips as a side passion project. I quickly realized not only that I loved it, but that I was truly great at it. Shortly after, I started my own company, InHance Interiors, and he became my very first client.
Not long after, we purchased and fully remodeled our own home in Los Angeles, which is where the InHanced Experience and process was truly born. Managing subcontractors, making material decisions during construction, navigating delays and budget overruns — it was a massive learning experience that taught me firsthand how important organization, communication, and proactive planning really are. I learned the hard way so our clients don’t have to, and that experience ultimately shaped the seamless process we’re known for today.
As the business evolved, so did our vision. My husband and I eventually joined forces professionally, blending design and construction under one roof as a true design-build firm. It was an incredible chapter that gave us invaluable experience, a deep understanding of the renovation process, and the opportunity to complete hundreds of projects together. While we loved building that side of the business and learned so much along the way, I realized that my greatest passion, and where I felt most energized creatively, was always interior design.
Today, InHance is fully focused on interior design, renovation planning, furnishings, and creating elevated homes that feel intentional, functional, and deeply personal. The beauty of our background is that we still approach every project with the knowledge, structure, and process-driven mindset of a design-build firm. We understand construction at a very high level and collaborate seamlessly with builders, architects, and trades, whether working with a client’s existing team or helping guide the process alongside trusted professionals.
Over the years, I’ve built a team of bold designers and innovators who have all contributed to refining our process and creating an exceptional client experience. Together, InHance Interiors has designed approximately 200 single-family and multi-family residences across the country, along with a handful of unique commercial spaces.
I am not an average thinker — I’m endlessly curious, intuitive, decisive, and driven by instinct. I’m an entrepreneur, a business owner, a wife, and a mother of almost three kids. I design my life the same way I design homes: intentionally, creatively, and with heart. I love people, I love connection, and I genuinely love helping clients create spaces that make them feel at home. I have a natural ability to make things feel “dialed in,” and it’s one of the greatest gifts I get to share through my work.
Elevated Everyday Living™ is more than a tagline — it’s a lifestyle.
